Japanese-made biomass fuel pellet manufacturing equipment [including large machines of 4t/h or more]

The domestically largest flat die type "FMP-1200WS model" is also in the lineup. Efficiently producing a variety of biomass fuels, starting with wood-based materials!

The semi-dry continuous pellet manufacturing device, FMP Press Pelletter, is a machine that efficiently granulates raw materials containing moisture, oil, and binders into pellet form. ★If you introduce this product as a compost production facility, you can utilize the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' Green Investment Promotion Tax System. 【Features】 ■Processing capacity of 4t/h (FMP-1200WS model. The processing amount varies depending on the raw material.) ■Due to the conical rollers, pellets can be extruded with uniform pressure, enabling the production of consistently stable pellets (some models use cylindrical rollers.) ■The conical rollers rotate over the die with uniform pressure, preventing uneven wear on the die and ensuring a long lifespan. ■Widely adopted in various fields such as biomass fuel, compost, feed, and various industrial waste. The domestic largest flat die type 'FMP-1200WS model' is also available! Live demonstrations are possible, and we are currently accepting requests for various tests. *FMP Press Pelletter is a product of Chiyoda Machinery (Tiger Group). *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
